The Leadership Experience (LXP) is a cross-cultural servant leadership program designed to influence change in some of Africa’s current leadership trends.  Our major goal is to equip and disciple emerging leaders whose motivation is more than the profit, the fame, the power and the status that is often associated with successful leadership.

The Leadership Experience provides hands-on ministry training, through a form of ministry apprenticeship. The heart of the program is experiential learning. As such, LXP conducts its discipleship program not only through classroom lectures, study of the Scriptures and prayer, but with an emphasis on community service, outreach ministry exposure, mentorship, and the facilitation of a variety of ministry projects.
